High quality special chrome vanadium steel (SNCM20V) is used.
It is an alloy steel that combines hardness and wear resistance.
To ensure homogeneity and the highest precision tempering (proprietary heat treatment) hardness (HRC60°±1°), a completely non-oxidizing and decarburizing compensated hardening method in a closed furnace is used instead of using a continuous furnace.
The wrench can be tightened and dismounted by continuous rotation, which reduces working time several times faster than conventional wrenches.
